You choose the amount you want to invest and the length of time until your note matures (1 OR 3 years).

We make your quarterly ACH interest payments directly into the funding account or reinvest to grow principle. The full amount of the principal is redeposited when the note matures.

3 year note: A $1,000,000 minimum investment (lower threshold subject to Investment Manager's discretion) earns a 10.25% annual rate of return (interest). Distributions are paid monthly through ACH direct deposit or reinvested to grow principle.
